3/4 oz. Galliano
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 oz. Orange Juice

Stick the fruit together with a decorative toothpick. Then pour the liquids into an ice-filled
mixing glass and stir well. Strain into
a highball or hurricane glass half-filled with ice and garnish with the fruit
before serving.
Variations: Some bartenders like
to jazz up this cruise ship favorite by adding a dash of coffee liqueur, banana
liqueur or rum liqueur.
