Simply shake or blend with ice, and strain into a chilled cocktail

Peach Daiquiri

1/4 oz. Lime Juice
1/4 oz. Sugar Syrup
1/2 Ripe Peach
(peeled and
roughly cut)
Blend until the peach is completely pureed, then pour into a cocktail
glass or champagne flute.
Variations: Add 1/2 cup crushed
ice to the blender to create a frozen drink.
Or try adding 1/2 oz. peach brandy or peach schnapps, for added punch.

Slice
Fill a highball glass half full of ice, and pour in the Pimm's. Add the lemon slice, fill with 7-Up, garnish
with the cucumber slice, and serve.
Pina Colada

1 oz. Coconut Cream
1/2 oz. Half & Half

Cherry
Shake or blend with ice, and pour into a chilled goblet or highball
glass. Stick the pineapple wedge and cherry
together on a toothpick, and use to garnish the drink, before serving.
Variations: If you're using a
blender to mix, try adding 1/4 cup of fresh or canned pineapple and 3 oz.
crushed ice. Blend well to produce a
milkshake-like drink. Try substituting
dark rum for some or all of the white rum called for above; adjust the amount
of cream, if necessary.
Trivia: Dieters beware: Good-quality coconut cream is almost 40%
fat.

Planter's Punch (Shortcut Version)

Stick the lime and cherry together with a toothpick. Pour the rum and lime juice into an

off with the juice, garnish with the fruit, and serve.
Tips: This drink is particularly
tasty made with one of the new tropical fruit blends. Add a dash of triple sec, maraschino, or fruit liqueur, for added
punch.

Trivia: This drink was very
popular in 1950's Havana, and was named after Cuban president General Menocal,
whose love of cocktails was the stuff of legend.
