Sprinkle the grenadine into the bottom of a large glass, such as a tall
collins glass, a hurricane glass, or a brandy snifter. Shake together the remaining ingredients,
and strain into the prepared glass.
Spear the orange slice and maraschino cherry together on a toothpick,
and use to garnish the drink before serving.

Variations: Some bartenders prefer
to use orgeat syrup (almond flavored syrup) instead of Amaretto. If you do, reduce the amount to 1/4 ounce.
Banana Frozen Daiquiri

1 oz. Banana Liqueur
1/2 oz. Half & Half

Stick the lime slice and cherry together with a toothpick. Put 1/2 cup crushed ice in blender, then add
the remaining ingredients and puree at low speed until smooth. Pour into a chilled champagne or cocktail
glass, garnish with the fruit and serve.
Tips: Add a little sugar syrup
or honey to the recipe, if you find that your drink needs extra
sweetening. If you don't have any
banana liqueur, experiment with your favorite nut liqueur instead. Or leave out the liqueur altogether, and
increase the amount of rum to 2 oz.
Barbotage de Champagne

Tips: For a sweeter drink, add a
splash of sugar syrup or substitute Rose's Lime Juice for fresh.

Blue Hawaiian

Blue Margarita

(Optional) To salt the glass, pour salt onto a flat plate to create a pool
wider than the mouth of your glass.
Then rub a lime wedge along the rim of the chilled glass to wet it,
before pressing into the bed of salt.
To mix the drink, shake the tequila, blue curacao and sour mix together
with ice, and strain into the glass.
Garnish with the remaining lime before serving.
Variations: Like the basic
Margarita, this drink can be served with or without salt, and be blended or
poured over ice. You can also try
substituting lemon juice for up to 1 oz. of the sour mix. Pick your favorite and go with it!
