Ice Pick
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
6 oz. Sweetened Iced Tea
Lemon Wedge
Fill a highball glass with ice, then pour in the vodka and tea. Stir to mix. Squeeze the lemon over the drink, then toss it in before serving.
Tip: For a fancier look, throw
away the squeezed lemon wedge, and use a fresh lemon slice to garnish, as shown
here. A leaf or two of mint can also
add a tasty touch.
Imperial Martini

1 1/2 oz. Dry Gin
1 1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
1 dash Maraschino Liqueur
1 dash Bitters
Green Olive
Pour everything except the olive into a mixing glass filled with ice,
and stir until well chilled. Strain into
a chilled martini glass, add the olive, and serve.
Irish Coffee

Brown Sugar

Whipped
Cream
Pour the whiskey into a coffee mug, and fill with coffee. If using sugar, add to taste and stir until
dissolved. Top with a generous dollop
of whipped cream and serve.

Fill a highball glass half full with ice and add the whiskey. Fill with soda, add the lemon slice, and
serve.

3/4 oz. Peach Brandy
1 1/2 oz. Orange Juice (preferably
fresh-squeezed)
1 oz. Lime Juice
Orange

Cherry
Fill a collins glass with ice, add the liquids and stir well. Garnish with the cherry and orange slice
before serving.
Tip: In a pinch, an equal amount
of sour mix can be substituted for the lime juice. You can also use sweet and sour mix, but keep in mind that it
will sweeten the drink.
